The Lord is moving.
We may not always be able to see it, feel it, touch it, but He is on the move. God is often doing things behind the scenes that sometimes takes weeks, months, years to come to fruition, but all along, He is moving.
I believe the Lord is aligning His people for greatness, for signs and wonders, for miracles like we have never seen. I believe God has His hand upon His children, constantly guiding and protecting His Remnant.
There will come a day when we see all His plans come to pass, when we look back on our lives and the lives of those we love and it all lines up, every battle, every fight, every mountain, every valley, every victory and every defeat. God does not let even one situation go to waste. God never messes up or misses an opportunity, we do, but He can take the messy places in our lives and somehow, someway, make them beautiful and part of our overall story of triumph.
I believe we are about to walk into a time of harvest, a time when the prayers align and the angels come alongside us like we have never seen or felt. We are about to see the mountains the enemy placed in front of us to stop us come crumbling to the ground. We are about to witness the oceans the devil keeps filling with his lies drained in one mighty sweep of the Holy Spirit.
I have nothing in the physical making me feel this way, no great mountain has come tumbling down, yet, and no giant miracle has been placed at my feet, yet, but something within me tells me to believe for the blessing, tells me to live this life, this day, this week, this year, with great expectation and knowledge that I serve a great God who greatly loves His people and because of that great love, we will see victory.
I believe we are in a time of desperation, but do you know what happens when God’s people are desperate? Moses’ come along, Elijah’s prophecy, Paul’s preach, Esther’s step forward, Daniel’s refuse to bow, Caleb’s demand to be given the mountain. When God’s people align their hearts with His, great and mighty things happen and I believe we are in a time and a season where people are truly aligning their hearts to His, tuning their ears to His voice and reaching out for Him in a way they have never done before.
So, when it seems like you are surrounded by chaos, don’t be discouraged, don’t be dismayed. Know that you are among many who are calling out to the Lord, one in the midst of the army keeping the enemy at bay. Fear not for when the Remnant’s voices join together to cry unto God, He hears, and He reacts.
He is moving.
“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” -Isaiah 43:19
