God your Remnant is in need of you, desperate to hear from you, see you, be with you. We need you like we have never needed you before.
I believe this time of desperation is going to usher in a great awakening of God’s people, for we have been asleep too long. A heavy slumbering spirit has weighed down upon God’s children, but no more. We are awake! This attack of the enemy has roused us, forced us out of our comfortable caves and pushed us to grab our swards, take up our shields and stand guard at our doors.
The Lord is about to issue a call to His people, get ready for it. He is about to blow the trumpet, release the roar. It will spread about this country, this world, like wildfire. Be careful to not get caught in its blaze without your armor on, your helmet fit snugly in place.
I believe, with such strong conviction, that what the enemy has meant for evil, for fear, for depression, for suicide and for anxiety, the LORD is going to use for elevation, for promotion, for power, for breakthrough, for overflow, for salvation! He will not allow this time of forced fasting, as my friend called it, to go to waste.
For, we have been forced into this fast. We have had to fast our entertainment, our sports, our idols, our business meetings, our church gatherings, our in-person connections. We have had to fast everything that would keep us from spending time with the Lord and because of it we have had to come face to face with God, face to face with ourselves.
God is using this time to eliminate the things which must be eliminated from our lives.
He is using this time to bring to the surface things which have remained hidden for far too long.
He is using this time to force us to confront sin, anxiety, worry and fear, then kick it out of our lives.
God does not miss an opportunity to free His people, and we are about to be freed. Freed from every lie the enemy has placed upon us to weaken us.
We are to be a glorious church, without spot of wrinkle (Ephesians 5:27) and I believe, wholly, that God is using this time to eliminate every spot and every wrinkle from His people, and when we get to the other side we are about to walk into the greatest time of miracles we have ever seen.
Get excited for what the Lord is doing amongst His children. He is eliminating the waste and replacing it with the glorious.
“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” -Psalm 118:24
