“Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world.” -1 John 4:4
There is nothing too great for you, for inside of you is something so vast, so wonderful, the very earth itself worships at His feet. In you is power so overwhelming the very winds become still for Him. Around you is something so large the very mountains bow before Him.
You are a child of infinity, there is no match for you. You are adopted into royalty, there is nothing in this world greater than you. In you is the Creator of the universe, the sun, moon, earth and skies. In you the Maker has made His dwelling, continually around you and beside you. You are never alone, regardless of how the world makes you feel. You never face the enemy one on one, the devil is always outnumbered when it comes to you.
The Lord has already closed the mouths of any lions coming after you. He has already parted whatever waters stand before you. God has called for the prison guard to release you from your bonds and bring you out of whatever dark place you find yourself in. Your Father has presented a coat of favor to you and placed it upon your shoulders.
You do not need to worry about the day, for the day is already taken care of. You do not need to fear what may come tomorrow, for it has already been defeated by your God.
Do you know that the Lord is always thinking of you? He is constantly attempting to make a difference in and around you, to make you smile and laugh, find joy in the midst of chaos, peace in the middle of a storm. He is continually working to better your life and let you know you have been chosen for this time, able to overcome this season and defeat this enemy.
When the enemy comes at you, stand your ground, for he cannot push you over. When the world takes a swing at you, swing back, for it cannot take you down. You have everything you need, right now, to defeat this day, this enemy, this attack. There is no match for you, for there is no match for your God, the Creator who dwells within you, around you and beside you.
So, stand up and stand your ground, smile at the enemy because you know something he doesn’t, something he cringes at the thought of. You have something he doesn’t, something he loathes to acknowledge.
The enemy is no match for you because he is no match for God, he can’t hold a candle to His mighty flame. The enemy cannot defeat you because he can’t defeat your King. Satan must stand down when you walk by, just as he stood down when Jesus stepped off that cross, defeating the snake once and for all.
Know who you are and know who your God is. When you release Him to be all He can be in your life, mountains fall, waters part and winds cease.
Allow God to be God in your life and watch the enemies fall.
