The latest bloom is often the most anticipated bloom, the bloom we have been waiting so long for, praying and believing for. Sometimes, we wonder if the bloom will ever come, if all our hard work to protect the harvest was for nothing. We heat the harvest in the snow, cover it in the rain and shade it in the sun. We do everything we can to make sure our plants will eventually bud, but sometimes the hardest part is simply waiting for the blossom to bloom.
The latest bloom is most likely the dream God planted in your heart, long before you were even aware of its planting. The latest bloom is the bloom most worth waiting for, often the plant you worked hardest to protect. The latest bloom is probably the tree with the deepest roots and the largest trunk. The latest bloom is doubtless the plant with the prettiest flower and the most delicate petals. The latest bloom is a promise from the Lord that the world will do everything it can to keep from coming to pass.
Whatever it is you are waiting for, know that you are about to see the blossom. Know that all your hard work was not for nothing. Know that you will soon see your crop come in, and it will be far greater than you even imagined. Know that God planted that dream in your heart with the full intention of bringing the harvest to delivery.
Know that nothing can keep the bloom from occurring because that seed was planted by the Lord and the Lord takes care of His harvest.
