I know that regardless of what is going on around me, things will be okay. It doesn’t matter what is coming at me, pushing against me or the chaos behind me, I just believe my God is going to take care of me.
It is interesting being in this place with the Lord, it’s new. I have walked into a different room with God and I know that what is in the past must remain in the past. I can no longer doubt, for God has brought me through too much to believe He won’t do it again and again. I can no longer complain, for God has fulfilled every promise so far, what makes me think He won’t continue to fulfill?
My God is big, so very big! His presence fills every room I am in. His smile shines upon me when the clouds roll in and the rain begins to fall. His overwhelming peace surpasses every worldly understanding. My God is so grand and glorious.
I know the battles are not over, that there are still mountains to climb, oceans to pass over and valleys to walk through, but I know my God will be with me every step of the way. He will do everything He promises He will do, make me into the woman He destined before the forming and help me to be all He believes I can become.
I will wait upon the Lord for He has brought me through every waiting room and walked me right into my blessing. I will stand fast in who I am in His eyes for He has created in me the ability to make a difference in this life. I know my God will use me to help advance His kingdom, what that looks like is unknown, but I will wholeheartedly rejoice in what has not yet come yet I know will eventually be presented before me.
My God is big, so glorious and true. He took the broken places in my life and made them whole. In Him I am complete.
I will stand fast in the Lord for I know my future is secure in His hands.
“I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
Blessed is that man that maketh the Lord his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.”
