Victorious

I pray for God to place me on a path that cannot be stopped, slowed or hindered in any way by the enemy. I pray I am one with Him, that when He speaks, I react, without hesitation or thought.

I pray I am so in love with the Lord that to live a single moment without Him is simply unfathomable, to wake up and not speak to Him is unheard of and to not dwell in His presence every single day is unacceptable.

I pray my life is so closely linked to His that I do not choose a single thing. Every step I take is the step He takes, every beat of my heart echoes the beat of His, every breath is in line with the air he breathes.

The world has skewed the true meaning of life. I have one destiny-to live for the Lord. Nothing else matters.

Wealth, popularity, platform, celebrity status and public sway matter not if I’m not fulfilling Gods call on my life. Anything other than satisfying His Call, reaching His destiny, is a failure.

To the world my destiny may seem small, insignificant, unappreciated and simple, but not to the Lord. To the Lord my call is grand, amazing, big. The world may never know my name, but the heavenlies will. I may never be spoken of favorably by men, but the angels will rejoice for me and the demons will fear me.

I only get one shot at this life; therefore, I will use this opportunity to proclaim the name of the one whom my soul loves, serves and desires. I will make it to the top of the mountain, across the valley, to the other side of the ocean, I will be triumphant in this quest. For I have been called to such a time as this, for this season and this day.

I live for the Lord and serve my Master. I am a daughter of the King and a warrior of the Great Commander.

This day and every day I will serve my God and I will be victorious.

“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” -Matthew 22:37
