He pulled the mountain out of the dirt to stand before Him, tall and towering. He poured the oceans into the deep to roll in front of Him, loud and soothing. He taught the birds how to fly, to hum praises unto His Holy name. He orchestrated the singing of the trees and choreographed their sway. He spoke to the blossoms, encouraging them to come out of hiding and show the world their beauty. He made the Sun to shine upon His creation and the moon to glow upon the same. He spoke life into dead places and poured love into loveless depths. He made man His friend, the friend of a God, the God. He made women His children, children of a King, the King. I Shall Arise
“Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me.” -Micah 7:8
When I fall, I will rise, over, and over, and over again. For, there will be times when I fall, when I feel weak and unable. There will be days when the sun rises and I may be unsure if I can do the same. There will be situations that weigh upon me, that push me down and make me doubt.
